Equality, diversity, and inclusion
Equality, diversity, and inclusion
Napthens is committed to equality and diversity, both in employment and in the provision of legal services to our clients.
Our equality and diversity policy provides the foundation for a fair and just working environment for our employees. We provide opportunities for people to start, develop and progress a legal career and a respectful and quality service for our clients.
We recognise, support and encourage diversity amongst our people. It is firmly our belief that diverse experiences and backgrounds help us to deliver our range of services and aid our clients in their needs.
We work collaboratively to encourage shared ideas, perspectives and interactions with each other, and in turn with our clients, in order to foster mutual respect.
Diversity across our group is made up of a variety of characteristics, including (but not limited to) gender, age, religious beliefs and ethnicity, as well as physical and psychological differentiators.
Napthens has an EDI (Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion) committee, made up of a variety of colleagues who come together to promote information around a number of areas including neurodiversity, ethnicity, gender and disability.
The committee is continually growing in strength, to help play a key role in ensuring our work environment is somewhere that everyone feels comfortable, happy and informed.
In this way we truly adopt different ways of thinking and working that allow us to best serve our equally diverse range of clients and matters.
