Napthens provides legal services to businesses and individuals. Structured into specialist departments, we have around 290 staff including 29 Partners and operate from offices across the North West.

About Our Organisation
Our Board, supported by a number of Management Committees, is responsible for planning and directing Napthens’ future strategy.
Our current strategic plan is in place to take Napthens forward to 2025 with a Vision to be the law firm in the region known for outstanding relationships.
The Board and wider Partnership is supported by a senior management team leading our business services which include Strategy & Development, Technology, Risk & Compliance, People and Marketing specialists who manage day to day operations.
