Napthens provides legal services to businesses and individuals. Structured into specialist departments, we have around 200 staff including 28 Partners and operate from offices across Lancashire including Preston, Blackburn, Chorley and the Fylde.

About Our Organisation

Napthens’ Executive Board is headed by Chief Executive Ian Leigh. The Board is responsible for planning and directing Napthens’ future strategy and includes partners John Whittinglsow and Simon Ainsworth representing the firm's Commercial and Private Client divisions. The Board and the partnership are supported by HR, Marketing, Finance and Operations specialists who manage day to day operational activity.

Napthens has been delighted to see recognition for our Partners in 2009. Corporate Partner Andrew Clare was awarded ‘Corporate Lawyer of the Year’ for North West Insider Lancashire Dealmaker Awards for the second year running.
