About Our Organisation

Napthens’ Executive Board is headed by Chief Executive Ian Leigh. The Board is responsible for planning and directing Napthens’ future strategy and includes Partners representing the Private Client and Commercial areas of the business, with support from HR, Marketing, Finance and Operations specialists who manage day to day operational activity.
