Hat-trick of promotions for Napthens’ Employment team

Key Promotions strengthening the team

The Employment team at law firm Napthens has been boosted with a number of promotions.

Kimberley Barrett-St.Vall promoted to partner

Since joining Napthens in 2010, Kimberley has represented a wide range of clients including local authorities, corporate entities and educational establishments, on a variety of employment law issues from business disposals and acquisitions, to redundancy and post-termination matters.

A member of the Employment Lawyers Association (ELA), she has specialist expertise relating to corporate support work, and regularly advises employers on training issues, as well as delivering seminars on a variety of topics.

Senior Promotions Within the Team

The department has also made a further two promotions.

Louise Myers steps up to senior associate solicitor

Louise joined Napthens in 2013, bringing specialist knowledge of Employment Tribunal litigation, to advise clients across a range of sectors, with particular expertise in banking and transport.

Charlotte Nuttall to associate solicitor

Charlotte joined the team in 2012 and acts on behalf of clients for issues including disciplinary and grievance processes, sickness absence and Employment Tribunal claims.

Department Growth Driven by HR3 Retainer Service
