Corporate specialist Natalie Lewis has joined the team at Napthens solicitors.

Natalie will provide general company law advice to clients, such as drafting commercial contracts including shareholders agreements and confidentiality agreements.

Natalie brings her expertise

Being originally trained in Lancashire before spending time working away from the county, Natalie will handle a variety of transactional work including mergers, acquisitions and share schemes.
