Corporate specialist Natalie Lewis has joined the team at Napthens solicitors.
Solicitor Natalie, who originally trained in Lancashire before spending time working away from the county, will handle a variety of transactional work including mergers, acquisitions and share schemes.
As a member of the Corporate team at Napthens, she will provide general company law advice to clients, such as drafting commercial contracts including shareholders agreements and confidentiality agreements.
Natalie, of Accrington, said: “It’s great to move back and to work in Lancashire again after time spent out of the county, and I’m looking forward to working with Napthens’ clients and contributing to the team.”
