Sarah Sharples has been appointed as a FILEX-qualified plot sales executive within the Commercial Property team at regional law firm, Napthens, based out of the Preston office.
A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, Sarah specialises in advising on residential developments, and has acted for a variety of clients from small landowners and building contractors to regional and national housing developers.
Sarah, of Garstang, joined Napthens after a decade working in-house for contractor and developer, Marcus Worthington Group, where she dealt with underwriting and fund development, and construction projects across a variety of sectors.
Heather Woodward, head of the plot sales team at Napthens, said: “Sarah brings valuable in-house experience and knowledge of the sector to the team.
“She has particular experience working within the new housing sector and will play a leading role in helping the process run smoothly from initial site acquisition to development and funding.”
