We confirm that we have been impacted by a technical incident that has occurred as a result of the temporary outage of a technology platform operated by a third-party IT supplier who provides certain IT services to Napthens and a number of other law firms and legal service providers within the UK.
Like many affected law firms and legal service providers, this has impacted some of our operations and is causing some delays, primarily within our conveyancing team but other practice areas within the firm are also impacted to a lesser extent, but we continue to function.
We apologise to any impacted clients. We are committed to delivering the best possible service to our clients and we are working closely with our third-party IT supplier to minimise any disruption accordingly.
Although this is a situation completely beyond our control, we are maintaining constant contact with our third-party IT supplier so that we can keep clients up to date and return to our normal service levels as soon as possible.
