Meet the team: Stephanie Monteiro

We are delighted to welcome on board a new member of our Rural team – Stephanie Monteiro – who will be based in our Cumbria office.

Stephanie will provide advice to our clients on a range of agricultural, estates and equine matters.  With a focus on the agricultural aspects of property transactions such as long-term development, land and farm purchases and sales, overage, agricultural and commercial tenancies,  covenants and easements, Stephanie also has a keen interest in equine law.  She has been around and owned horses for many years and has a genuine understanding of the matters involved both legally and personally, be it as a business or hobby.

Stephanie is dual qualified as a Barrister and brings some fantastic experience with her.  I know she will be a great asset to our team and I look forward to introducing her to many of you over the coming months.
