Yasmin acts on a wide range of commercial property law issues including sales, purchases, leases, finance, easements, options and overages. She is also able to provide advice on other commercial and company matters, as well as complex residential matters and adverse possession.
Yasmin’s clients include private individuals, investors, family businesses, retailers, restaurateurs and developers.

Recent cases include:

• Acting for clients in achieving their dream of owning and running their own guesthouse, bed and breakfast, hotel, shop, cafe or restaurant, whether purchasing or leasing
• Providing property support on Corporate share sale and purchase transactions
• Separately representing Cumberland Building Society in transactions where they are lending funds to facilitate refinancing and purchases of holiday lets, bed and breakfasts, and guesthouses
• Acting for landlords and tenants in granting new leases, renewal leases, rent deposit deeds, assignments and underlettings of Commercial Property (including offices, industrial units, retail shops, holiday parks)
• Providing advice on development transactions, including option agreements and conditional contracts
• Dealing with sales of non-residential property, including guesthouses, industrial units, shops, cafes and restaurants
• Dealing with clients who own, occupy or wish to own or occupy, Commercial Property
