Wendy is a member of the residential conveyancing team at our Kendal office.
She supports the sale and purchase of residential and buy to let properties, and can assist with the remortgaging and attending to registration matters at the Land Registry.
On a day-to-day basis Wendy has a close working relationship with members of her team, other solicitors, and estate agents to ensure that the timing of a transaction or home move runs as smoothly as possible.
