Victoria is a solicitor in the Wills & Estate Planning team based in our Blackpool office. She advises clients on making and reviewing Wills, estate planning matters and Court of Protection issues. She handles the preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney, the registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney and the management of elderly clients’ general affairs.
Victoria was born in Oxford but moved to Lytham ten years ago. She attended King Edward VII and Queen Mary School in Lytham before moving on to study Law with a year abroad in Germany at Bristol University. She studied the LPC at BPP Law School in Manchester and while there she volunteered with the Personal Support Unit at the Manchester Civil Justice Centre.
Victoria joined Napthens in 2011 as a trainee and qualified as a solicitor in 2013.

Vicky is a Full Professional Member of the Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE) having completed the OCLP Award, and The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

How do you like to relax out of work?
Meeting up with friends and family, walking my dog on Lytham Green and cycling on the promenade. I also love travelling and spent last summer inter-railing around Europe with my sister.
