Victoria Cross
Legal Director TEPVictoria is a legal director in the wills, trusts and probate team, based in the firm's Fylde Coast office.
Victoria advises clients on making and reviewing wills, related inheritance tax issues, estate planning matters and trust and estate planning matters.
She handles the preparation and registration of lasting powers of attorney, the registration of enduring powers of attorney and the management of elderly clients’ general affairs.
Victoria is a full member of STEP (Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners) and supports clients through some challenging times, ensuring the best interests of those involved are considered at all times.
Experience
Recent cases include:
- Preparing trusts for company shares ahead of the Budget
- Assisting clients with a Trust arising through the terms of a will
- Preparing wills for a couple who own shares in a property investment company exceeding £10m in value
- Preparing a will for a client with assets in Austria and Australia
