Victoria Bromiley
Senior Associate SolicitorVictoria Bromiley is a senior associate solicitor within the corporate team, based in the firm's Preston office.
Victoria acts for clients on a range of corporate matters including acquisitions, disposals, private equity investments, general constitutional and shareholder arrangements, LLP members’ arrangements and general commercial contracts.
She has particular experience acting for private limited companies, owner managed businesses and individual shareholders together with recent experience of acting for plc clients on acquisitions.
In addition, Victoria provides strategic advice to employee ownership trusts (EOTs) and leads on Napthens’ membership of the Employee Ownership Association.

Recent cases include:
- Acting for pubcos, independent brewers and businesses in the hospitality sector in connection with acquisitions and disposals of companies and businesses and demerger/reorganisations
- Advising on a number of deals in the motor dealership and leisure sectors
