Victoria Bromiley

Summary

Victoria acts for clients on a range of corporate matters including acquisitions, disposals, private equity investments, general constitutional and shareholder arrangements, LLP members’ arrangements and general commercial contracts. She has particular experience acting for private limited companies, owner managed businesses and individual shareholders together with recent experience of acting for PLC clients on acquisitions.

Specialisms

Victoria has particular expertise in advising on Employee Ownership Trusts and leads on Napthens membership of the Employee Ownership Association.

Whilst she is experienced in working with clients across a broad range of industries, she has carried out a number of deals in the motor dealership and leisure sectors throughout her career.

Background

Victoria joined Napthens in 2009 having previously worked for DWF in Preston. She joined DWF in 2002 and trained there, joining their corporate department in 2004. Having been brought up and educated in the North West, Victoria lives in Bolton.
