Talitha is the Business Development Manager for our Residential Property team and helps to identify new business opportunities for the residential conveyancing department and establish good working relationships with new and existing contacts.

Talitha has worked in residential conveyancing for 20 years dealing with a wide range of transactions including high value transactions. She has spent time managing branches for other firms and spent time working on high value transactions in Richmond and Knightsbridge. In previous firms, Talitha has been responsible for generating and developing new business, often from scratch with no existing client base.

Background

Talitha qualified as a solicitor in 2003 while working on the south coast, she then spent 7 years in London working on high value transactions in Richmond and Knightsbridge.

More recently, Talitha was a Director and Head of Residential Conveyancing at a local law firm, running an office in the Ribble Valley.
