Suzanne is Napthens’ licensing executive and is responsible for issuing applications under the Licensing Act 2003. She works closely with head of licensing Malcolm Ireland, assisting him in the smooth running of the department.
Suzanne is a specialist in licensing matters and prior to her role in Napthens, worked at East Lancashire Magistrates’ Court for 11 years, dealing with Licensing matters under the Licensing Act 1964. On joining Napthens Suzanne played a major role in dealing with clients’ applications prior to the implementation of the Licensing Act 2003.
Suzanne joined Roscoes in 2003 after her time with East Lancashire Magistrates’ Court. Roscoes merged with Napthens in 2006. Born in Blackburn, Suzanne lives in Rishton.

Suzanne is holder of the BIIAB Level 2 National Certificate for Licensees (On Licence) and holder of the BIIAB Level 2 National Certificate for Personal Licence Holders.
