Stewart Croft is a senior associate solicitor in Napthens’ commercial litigation and dispute resolution team, based at the firm’s Blackburn office.
He primarily acts for business clients when a dispute arises, providing realistic advice to clients to help them understand their position, and then to obtain the best possible outcome for them.
Stewart regularly advises clients on a range of litigation matters including commercial contracts, professional negligence, partnership disputes, trust of land claims, and landlords and tenants – both commercial and residential (for landlords).
In addition, he also works closely on landlord and tenancy issues, including Section 21 notices and the upcoming changes to the law regarding them.
