Stewart primarily acts for business clients when a dispute arises, providing realistic advice to my clients to help them understand their position, and then to obtain the best possible outcome for them.
Stewart specialises in; breach of commercial contracts, landlord & tenant – both commercial and residential (for landlords), professional negligence, partnership disputes & trust of land claims.
Stewart joined Napthens LLP in May 2019 from Acklam Bond Solicitors after gaining 4 and a half years experience in civil & commercial litigation. Brought up in Lancashire, Stewart completed a Masters in Law and the LPC at Northumbria University, qualifying in July 2017.

How do you like to relax out of work?
I am a supporter of Blackburn Rovers and watch every home game. I also play football having been involved in local teams from an early age. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, and walking our two dogs.

What aspect of your job do you find most rewarding?
Obtaining a good commercial deal for my client whether by negotiating or, where a settlement cannot be reached, working tenaciously to ensure the strongest case is presented at trial.
