Stephanie Marshall

Summary

Stephanie is an senior associate in our Commercial Property team primarily based in our Southport and Liverpool offices serving Sefton/ Merseyside and West Lancashire.  She handles a full range of commercial property matters and has particular experience with acquisitions and disposals, property finance, corporate support as well as development transactions in both the commercial and residential real estate sectors.  Stephanie also has significant experience dealing with Landlord portfolio management and Tenant management.

Stephanie provides a personable service to her clients which include corporate occupiers, investors, lenders and pension funds, through to SME’s and private individuals.

Stephanie acts for clients across a variety of industry sectors and advises both landlord and tenants and those disposing of or acquiring land.

Background

Stephanie joined Napthens in 2013 as a legal assistant in residential conveyancing before gaining a trainee position and subsequently qualifying as a solicitor in 2016.  Born and raised in Southport, Stephanie attended KGV College.  She went on to complete her LPC at The College of Law, Chester having previously completed her Law Degree at the University of Chester.
