Shahida is an experienced estate planning solicitor who specialises in providing advice on wills and estate planning to individuals, business owners and former footballers.
Her expertise assists clients to ensure their estates pass to their chosen beneficiaries while minimising tax, including inheritance tax as far as possible and preserving wealth for future generations.
Shahida also advises clients on preparing powers of attorney for personal and business affairs and has acted for deputies who are managing affairs on behalf of someone incapacitated by either mental or physical illness.
She regularly works alongside financial advisors, accountants and wealth managers to provide a comprehensive and well-rounded approach to meet her clients’ aims.
In addition, Shahida supports clients on estate administration issues and has experience with cross-border estates.
She has been a contributor to the Institute of Directors, ICAEW, and Police Superintendents’ Association giving regular seminars on legal updates and current best practices.
