Summary
Sarah is a partner and head of Napthens' residential property team. Based in our Preston office she manages an experienced team of property lawyers working from a number of offices. Sarah and her team work hard to ensure that clients receive an excellent level of service and are constantly striving to develop and devise ways of working that will ensure they meet and exceed clients' expectations.
Specialisms
As well as dealing with a broad range of residential property matters such as sales, purchases and remortgages, Sarah specialises in enfranchisement. This includes lease extensions and purchases of freeholds. In addition, she advises landlords and tenants in drafting and entering into residential tenancy agreements.
Background
Sarah joined Napthens in 2009 and was promoted to Head of Residential Property in 2011, becoming partner in 2015. She studied law at the University of Hull and completed the Legal Practice Course at York College of Law. Sarah qualified in 2004 at the Manchester based firm Lawson Coppock & Hart.
