Sarah Barnes

Sarah is head of the firm’s residential conveyancing team and has over 20 years of experience in residential property work. Sarah supervises and supports her colleagues on a broad range of residential property matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, staircasing and shared ownership.

As the head of the conveyancing department, Sarah regularly reviews market expectations, economic changes and legal updates that impact the housing market across the UK.

Sarah is an advocate for the use of technology within the conveyancing sector to acclimatise the firm to future changes, whilst ensuring the team have close working relationships with our clients to support their needs.

Together with her team, Sarah works hard to ensure that clients receive an excellent level of service and are constantly striving to develop and devise ways of working that will ensure they meet and exceed clients’ expectations.
