Sally is the team leader within the residential property team based in the Fylde Coast office.
She has specialised in residential conveyancing for many years, acting for clients and building strong links with agents, right across the Fylde.
Whether buying, selling or remortgaging their properties, Sally takes pride in providing her clients with an efficient, yet helpful and friendly service.
Experience
Sally joined Napthens in 2012 and has worked in conveyancing for firms over the past 20 years. She completed her CILEx qualifications whilst working in a solicitor’s full time, and qualifying in 2007.
She was promoted to senior associate in 2020, and is the team leader of the conveyancing team based at the Fylde Coast office in Lytham.
Recent cases include:
- Dealing with the acquisition of several apartments on the Fylde Coast for clients, to the value of just under £1 million, and also in London
- Covering all types of sales, purchase, remortgages in the residential conveyancing field, for properties throughout the UK
