Paul Hardy

Summary

Paul is a partner in our Commercial Property department, based in our Blackpool & The Fylde office.  With experience of acting for public and private sector clients on a wide range of commercial property matters, Paul focuses on client relationships and is keen to understand his clients’ needs to ensure the best possible service delivery.  His role also includes the supervision and development of more junior members of the team.

Paul is recommended by the legal industry 'bible', Legal 500.

Specialisms

Paul is a highly experienced commercial property lawyer and has particular expertise in areas including Landlord and Tenant issues – acting for both landlords and tenants; agreements for lease and development work; freehold disposals and acquisitions; advising on complicated matters such as overage, planning and technical abnormals; and general estate management work.  He has particular expertise in the healthcare sector and acts for a number of GP practices advising on general property matters, and has experience in primary care developments through ETTF and the Primary Care Infrastructure Fund.

Background

Paul joined Napthens in April 2016 having spent 17 years at a leading firm in Manchester where he trained and became a Partner.  He was born and bred in Blackpool and still lives there.
