Summary

Nadya is a solicitor within the busy and ever growing residential conveyancing team in Liverpool dealing with all aspects of conveyancing matters from the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfer of equity, auctions and shared ownership.

Nadya graduated from university in 2017 and went on to complete the legal practice course (LPC) and then in 2020, a Masters 2020, achieving a distinction.

Specialisms

Nadya has been working in the conveyancing industry for four years now and has progressed from a paralegal/legal assistant to a fee earner.

Recent cases include:

• Acting for a client who had two previous transactions fall through due to no fault of the solicitors or client involved. The client then decided to purchase a new build property and that was completed promptly.
• Dealing with leasehold properties generally given the current stance with the Building Safety Act.
