Nadya is a solicitor within the busy and ever growing residential conveyancing team in Liverpool dealing with all aspects of conveyancing matters from the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfer of equity, auctions and shared ownership.
She has strong relationships with estate agents and brokers within the Liverpool city region, which is testament to her work ethic and excellent rapport skills.
Nadya graduated from university in 2017 and went on to complete the legal practice course (LPC) and then in 2020, a Masters 2020, achieving a distinction.
Experience
Nadya has been working in the conveyancing industry for four years now and has progressed from a paralegal/legal assistant to a fee earner.
Recent experience includes:
- Acting for a client who had two previous transactions fall through due to no fault of the solicitors or client involved. The client then decided to purchase a new build property, which was completed promptly.
- Dealing with leasehold properties generally given the current stance with the Building Safety Act.
