Kevin is a Senior Associate in our Corporate team and is based in our Liverpool office.

Kevin handles a broad range of corporate matters and has experience advising on public and private M&A, private equity / MBOs, joint ventures, group restructures and general corporate matters. He has acted for public and private companies, institutions, management teams and individual entrepreneurs across a range of sectors.

Specialisms

Prior to joining Napthens, Kevin worked at leading national and international law firms and moved into law following a previous career in tax working for Big 4 firms.
