Kevin is a Legal Director in our corporate team and is based in our Liverpool office.
He handles a broad range of corporate matters and has experience advising on public and private M&A, private equity / MBOs, joint ventures, group restructures and general corporate matters.
Kevin has acted for public and private companies, institutions, management teams and individual entrepreneurs across a range of sectors.
Prior to joining Napthens, Kevin worked at leading national and international law firms and moved into law following a previous career in tax working for Big Four firms.

- Advising the shareholders of Carebeans Limited on the sale to RLDatix
- Advising the shareholders of Apollo Housewares on the sale to Fakelmann Brands UK
- Advising the management team on the £500m preferred equity investment into RSK Group from a consortium led by Searchlight Capital Partners LP and Ares Management Corporation
- Advising the management on the MBO of energy and sustainability consultancy Inteb
- Advising Maven Venture Capital via NPIF in connection with multiple investments
