Kelly is a Conveyancing Executive based in our Southport office. She assists clients on transactions including sales and purchases from inception through to completion. A highly experienced conveyancer, Kelly is able to offer clients a great deal of knowledge to help guide them through the process with ease.
Specialisms
With over 23 years in the conveyancing industry, Kelly has dealt with a wide range of transactions and worked in many areas, including sale and purchases, transfer of equity and re-mortgages. In her career she has been an assistant, case handler and team manager so has a broad range of knowledge. During a brief break from conveyancing Kelly ran her own business where she gained experience in areas such as customer service which she incorporates into her role as Conveyancing Executive.
Background
Kelly has many years’ experience in conveyancing and joined Napthens in 2020 from DC Law where she was a technical legal advisor in their LTS Department. Whilst here she gained experience in complex title matter and expanded her knowledge in a wide range of technical areas.
