Conveyancing ExecutiveKelly Abraham is a conveyancing executive within the residential property team, based in the firm's Southport office.
Kelly assists clients on transactions including sales and purchases from inception through to completion.
A highly experienced conveyancer, Kelly is able to offer clients a great deal of knowledge to help guide them through the process with ease.
Experience
With more than 23 years in the conveyancing industry, Kelly has dealt with a wide range of transactions and worked in many areas, including sale and purchases, transfer of equity and remortgages.
In her career she has been an assistant, case handler and team manager so has a broad range of knowledge. During a brief break from conveyancing Kelly ran her own business where she gained experience in areas such as customer service, which she incorporates into her role as a conveyancing executive.
Kelly joined Napthens in 2020 from her previous job where she was a technical legal advisor. Whilst here she gained experience in complex title matter and expanded her knowledge in a wide range of technical areas.
