How do you like to relax out of work?
I practice yoga often and enjoy taking long walks with my golden retriever, Honey, in the Lancashire countryside.
Name your favourite book?
Eat, Pray, Love- this book inspired me to go and volunteer in an elephant sanctuary in Sri Lanka.
If you had an alternative career- what would be your fantasy job?
A food critic who travels around the world visiting the best restaurants. This job would combine two of my passions- food and travel.
