Conveyancing ExecutiveKaren Allcock is a conveyancing executive within the residential property team, based in the firm's Fylde Coast office.
Karen has experience in both residential and commercial property, from initially setting up the file through to completion.
She also has experience in dealing with all post completion and solicitors accounts.
Experience
Karen joined Napthens in November 2020 having previously worked in a varied role at another firm.
Recent cases include:
- Dealing with residential, commercial and new build properties from setting up the file through to completion
- Dealing with all post completion requirements and solicitor accounts
- Assisting with Morris Homes and Eccleston Homes on new build plot purchases at various sites
- Dealing with a client on a shared ownership matter which was more complex than a normal purchase matter
