June undertakes a variety of work for our clients from buying and selling property and land through to developer and promotion agreements, business farm tenancies and easements.

Experience

June has specialised in property for most of her career and has particular specialisms in buying and selling property and land, overage agreements, conditional contracts, woodlands, auctions, business farm tenancies, easements including prescriptive easements, adverse possession, voluntary and compulsory first registrations, investigating title, renewable energy and telecoms mast lease agreements, developer option/promotion agreements, acting for lenders, and dealing with bridging finance.

Recent cases include:

  • Assisting a client with the sale of inherited land by four siblings from all parts of the world involving agreeing and negotiating an overage deed
  • Assisting with the purchase of a farm, splitting the title and setting up a partnership agreement
  • Farm Futures – attending a family meeting and carrying out a property audit, transfers or other property requirements following this together with locating any unregistered land and dealing with adverse possession, preparing a partnership deed and also referring them for LPAs and wills
