Summary
June is an Associate Solicitor in our Rural Team undertaking a variety of work for our clients from buying and selling property and land through to developer and promotion agreements, business farm tenancies and easements.
Specialisms
June has specialised in property for most of her career and has particular specialisms in buying and selling property and land, overage agreements, conditional contracts, woodlands, auctions, business farm tenancies, easements including prescriptive easements, adverse possession, voluntary and compulsory first registrations, investigating title, renewable energy and telecoms mast lease agreements, developer option/promotion agreements, acting for lenders, and dealing with bridging finance.
Background
June is originally from Barnoldswick and studied Law with Criminology at Keele University. June has worked in several disciplines of law but spent most of her career working in property and has specialised in rural and agricultural law since 2019.
