Jon is an experienced commercial and compliance lawyer and senior leader in industry, and has spent many years managing the legal needs of well-known businesses.
His experience includes drafting commercial agreements of all kinds, including IT procurement, outsourcing agreements, cross-border arrangements and agency terms, providing compliance and regulatory advice, intellectual property management and e-commerce.
