Joel is an associate solicitor in the commercial property team at Napthens.
He graduated from Lancaster University with a first-class law degree in 2018 before completing his LPC and Masters with distinction in 2020.
Joel completed his two-year training contract and qualified as a solicitor into the Napthens’ commercial property team in September 2023.
Experience
Joel deals with a wide scope of commercial property matters ranging from acquisitions and disposals, acting for landlords and tenants negotiating leases, agreement for leases, licences to assign and deeds of surrender.
He also handles a wide range of refinance matters and assist with the property aspects of corporate acquisitions and disposals.
