Helen Gaskell

Summary

Helen is a legal director in the wills and estate planning team at Napthens. She attended Lancaster University and read Law. She completed her LPC at UCLAN and has specialised in private client work since qualifying in 2007. She completed the STEP diploma to become a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners in 2009.

Background

Helen has specialised in private client work since 2007 and assists clients with estate planning, wills, lasting powers of attorney, probate and trusts. She has particular expertise in advising business owners on succession planning and inheritance tax planning. Helen also has vast experience in advising families of disabled beneficiaries on how best to structure their wills utilising trusts for the beneficiaries’ protection. She regularly speaks at retirement events and disability support groups.
