Legal DirectorHelen Gaskell is a legal director within the wills and estate planning team, based in the firm's Fylde Coast office.
Helen is a legal director in the wills and estate planning team at Napthens.
Helen has specialised in private client work since 2007 and assists clients with estate planning, wills, lasting powers of attorney, probate and trusts.
She has particular expertise in advising business owners on succession planning and inheritance tax planning.
Helen also has vast experience in advising families of disabled beneficiaries on how best to structure their wills utilising trusts for the beneficiaries’ protection.
Experience
Helen completed the STEP diploma to become a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners in 2009.
She regularly speaks at retirement events and disability support groups.
