As well as his extensive new build plot purchase experience he dealt with a wide variety of other residential conveyancing files such as shared ownership, residential purchases and transfer of equities. In South Wales, David built up a conveyancing department within a local law firm where he developed an extensive network of estate agents and handled a number of legal panel appointments.
