Dan Pinder
Associate SolicitorDan Pinder is an associate solicitor in the wills, trusts and probate team, based in the firm's Preston office.
Dan is an associate solicitor in the private client team who is currently specialising in probate and administration
He is an associate member of STEP (Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners) and also has experience of wills, lasting powers of attorney, trusts and contentious estates.
Prior to qualifying as a solicitor in 2020, he completed his undergraduate studies in business at University of Liverpool, followed by undertaking a Master of Law (LLM) at Liverpool John Moores University.

- Application of Inheritance Tax reliefs (nil rate band, residential nil rate band, agricultural property relief, business property relief)
- Cross-border estates
- Estates involving multiple assets, for example, property and shareholdings
- Intestate estates
- Obtaining sub-types of grant of probate for example grant de bonis non and double grant of probate
- Taxable estates
