Craig Whittingham
Senior Associate SolicitorCraig Whittingham is a senior associate solicitor within the corporate team, based in the firm's Preston office.
Craig specialises in corporate transactional work, primarily business acquisitions and disposals, reorganisations and general corporate work such as shareholders’ agreements and articles of association.
He has predominantly acted for SMEs and owner managed businesses.
Craig worked for ten years at boutique commercial law firm FMGS, before joining Napthens as a senior associate in January 2024.
He graduated with a first class law degree from Durham University and went on to study the Bar Professional Training Course at Manchester Metropolitan University. He was called to the bar by Gray’s Inn in 2013 before he requalified as a solicitor in 2017.
