Simon's Role:

Summary

Simon is head of the Napthens' private client division and responsible for the overall management of the firm's services to individuals including residential property, family & divorce, wills & estate planning and personal injury. He is a member of the firm’s Executive Management Board which involves him in strategic planning, management and business development for Napthens and plays a key role in the continued development of the firm’s IT and online systems.

Specialisms

Simon's specialism is in residential property and until late 2011 he held a dual role as head of the private client division and head of residential property. As his executive role increased, he stepped back from the hands-on management of the conveyancing team but still remains heavily involved in the residential property business community. He is recognised for his expertise on residential property matters and is a regular contributor to local and regional press articles on the subject.

Background

Simon studied law at the University of Leicester and then the College of Law in Chester. He qualified as a solicitor in 1995 and in 1999 became a partner at Wallwork & Company (who merged with Napthens in 2007).

Simon is able to lip-read and is learning to sign.
