Summary
Simon Gledhill is head of the Family department. Highly experienced, he has specialised in family law since 1988 and is recognised as one of the leading family lawyers on the Fylde. He advises on issues relating to divorce, dissolution of civil partnerships and the breakdown of relationships of unmarried couples as well as complex children matters.
Specialisms
Simon’s particular areas of expertise are the financial aspects of relationship breakdown and complex disputes relating to children. He is a very experienced advocate and represents clients in courts throughout the area.
Background
Simon was a partner in Cuddy Woods and Cochrane from 1983 until they merged with Napthens in 2007. He was appointed head of the family department upon the merger. Born and brought up locally, Simon lives near Poulton-le-fylde and is married with 2 adult daughters. He was educated at Fleetwood Grammar School, Leeds University and Chester Law College.

On a Friday in the pub with friends and a few beers or on the golf course. Otherwise in front of the TV with wife and family!

I am a former “Preston Amateur Sportsman of the Year” (And my wife getting an MBE… if I could claim any credit - which I can’t!)
