Based within the Wills and Estate Planning Department in Preston, Sean advises clients on wills, trusts, estate planning matters, Court of Protection applications, Lasting Powers of Attorney and other elderly client affairs in general. Sean deals with clients throughout the wider Preston area and has many clients particularly in Longridge following a period of six years based in Longridge. Sean is happy to meet with clients at their home or in a convenient location to suit a client’s particular circumstances.

Background
Sean joined Napthens in 1995. Whilst working at Napthens Sean qualified as a legal executive and subsequently acquired the status of a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives. Sean is also a student member of the highly regarded Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP)
