A member of the corporate team, Ben assists on all high value transactions as well as managing a workload of intellectual property and general commercial work for a broad range of clients.
Specialisms
Ben has a keen interest and specialises in all aspects of intellectual property law which includes advising clients on methods of protecting and exploiting copyright, patents, trademarks, confidential information as well as dealing with issues surrounding branding, product development and licensing agreements. He has particular expertise in the leisure and travel industries as well as the retail and on-line sectors.
Background
Ben joined Napthens as a trainee solicitor in 2007, having read law at the University of Central Lancashire and completed his LPC at Lancashire Law School. Prior to joining Napthens Ben worked in the travel industry for two years. He lives in Preston.
