Andrew Holden is the Head of Napthens’ Rural team, handling a wide range of property and business matters including land and property sales and purchases, granting or surrender of easements, development clawback and option agreements, partnership agreements and dissolutions and agricultural tenancy matters. Andrew also deals with wills and estate planning.
Specialisms
Andrew specialises in land and agricultural property transactions including Single Farm Payments and agricultural tenancies. He deals with all the leading agricultural banks. He acts for a broad range of clients and has acted on sales purchases and re-mortgage transactions at all levels, from thousands of pounds to multi million pound transactions. Andrew also specialises in sales by auction and tender.
Background
Andrew joined Napthens in May 2006. He has lived and worked in the region all his life being brought up in Goosnargh where he currently lives with his wife and two sons. Andrew remained in Preston for his training, attending the University of Central Lancashire for his degree in Law with Business Information Systems, remaining there to undertake his LPC and training with a Leyland firm, before his move to Napthens.
