Receptionist – Blackburn – Part Time
2 days per week – Blackburn office

You will be the face of Napthens, providing that all important first impression to our valued clients, ensuring they receive a high standard experience every time, whether that be in person or over the phone.

Your role will include:-
- Meeting and greeting all visitors attending our office;
- Providing and serving refreshments to our visitors;
- Providing a first class service, dealing with the visitors needs in a timely fashion;
- Answering incoming calls and assisting with queries where required;
- Ensuring messages are passed to the relevant individuals in a timely manner;
- Keeping the meeting rooms tidy and and ready for all visitors;
- Arranging buffets for meetings;
- Assisting with the incoming and outgoing post for the office;
- Carrying out general administrative duties to assist members of the office, where required.
You will have:-
- Previous experience of working in a front of hour role;
- Experience of using a switchboard system
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to display tact, discretion and diplomacy and remain professional and highly confidential at all times
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Flexible “can-do” attitude
- Be self-motivated and able to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Demonstrates effective time management
- Experience within a law firm or professional services office (Desirable)
