Receptionist – Blackburn – Part Time

2 days per week – Blackburn office

Your role will include:-

  • Meeting and greeting all visitors attending our office;
  • Providing and serving refreshments to our visitors;
  • Providing a first class service, dealing with the visitors needs in a timely fashion;
  • Answering incoming calls and assisting with queries where required;
  • Ensuring messages are passed to the relevant individuals in a timely manner;
  • Keeping the meeting rooms tidy and and ready for all visitors;
  • Arranging buffets for meetings;
  • Assisting with the incoming and outgoing post for the office;
  • Carrying out general administrative duties to assist members of the office, where required.

You will have:-

  • Previous experience of working in a front of hour role;
  • Experience of using a switchboard system
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to display tact, discretion and diplomacy and remain professional and highly confidential at all times
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Flexible “can-do” attitude
  • Be self-motivated and able to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrates effective time management
  • Experience within a law firm or professional services office (Desirable)
