We are looking for two experienced Project Managers to lead and manage key projects within the Strategy function (consisting of Strategy and Business Development) to enable Napthens to successfully achieve its overall strategies and business plans.  This is an exciting new role, working alongside our Director of Strategy & Development to assist us in our working towards our company objectives and future successes.

Your role will include: –

  • Identifying opportunities to drive the business forwards towards its stated goals
  • Identifying project benefits, impacts and measures of success
  • Tracking progress and reporting on it to the project sponsor
  • Managing and leading the project team
  • Developing and maintaining important project documents, including plans
  • Agreeing the measures of success and tracking progress against them
  • Communicating with all stakeholders
  • Managing issues and mitigating risks to prevent them impacting project delivery
  • Managing the project budget

You will have:-

  • 3+ years of project management and related experience
  • Project management certification preferred e.g. PRINCE2 or Six Sigma
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Strong familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Excellent analytical skills and highly skilled in MS Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and highly skilled in MS PowerPoint
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle, from design to delivery
  • Proven ability to complete projects to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
