Your role will include: –

  • Responsibility for the full learning life cycle process including scoping of requirements, identifying objectives, scripting the work, designing the programme, running prototypes, reviewing the success of programmes and evaluating learner outcomes.
  • Responsibility for planning and delivering team away days to meet key team objectives.
  • Involvement in the firms’ training contract process.
  • Developing and delivering in-house leadership and management courses, as well as future leader training programmes.
  • Identifying need for external learning and development training company support, and conducting beauty parades to involve key stakeholders before identifying learning partners.
  • Leading and managing the continuing competence cycle each year.
  • Dealing with webinar providers and processing invoices for attendees.
  • Contributing to the PDR audit and Practicing Certificate renewal cycle.
  • Producing MI reports to demonstrate level of learning taking place across the business for all key stakeholders, monitoring how effective learning has been transferred to employees.
  • Working with Talent and Communications roles to ensure that key messages are delivered and brand identify is conveyed through all Learning methods.
  • Identifying efficient delivery methods to achieve business outcomes.
  • Facilitating learning interventions.
  • Developing the intranet to ensure learning is readily available for all across a number of matter subjects.
  • Designing blended learning solutions,
  • Carrying out capability assessment across the organisation.
  • Using digital tools to create flexible and innovative learning programmes.
  • Enhancing the coaching culture in our organisation.
  • Leading the Company’s mentoring scheme
  • Developing material to accompany in-house training modules.

You will have:-

  • Proven track record of personal development and growth
  • Experience of operating within a learning and development role previously
  • Experience of utilising digital tools to create blended content
  • Experience of delivering in-house training solutions
  • Existing rapport with external training providers
  • Proven track record of producing MI reporting
  • Comfortable with Continuing Competence concept
  • Coaching experience would be desirable
