Client Services Team Leader – Preston

Full Time – Preston

We are looking for a Team Leader working within our Client Services Team.   You will help us ensure that our clients get the most value from our service.  Your role will be to manage the Client Services Team providing quotes and information to existing and new clients of our business.  As a first point of contact for our clients, you’ll be part of an integral team that works to maintain our high standards of customer service.  The role would suit a career-minded, focused and enthusiastic person with some administrative experience.  Self-motivated and helpful, you are a strong listener and communicator with excellent attention to detail.

Your role will include: –

  • Engaging with clients via telephone, email and text to provide Residential Conveyancing quotes
  • Providing information and guidance to clients regarding the Conveyancing process at the outset
  • Managing and supporting the Client Services Team
  • Accurately inputting client account information on the quotes system
  • Liaising with third parties, such as estate agents and brokers to update them on the quotes provided
  • Liaising internally with members of the Residential Conveyancing Department and with the Business Development Manager regarding information concerning client and external relationship management.

You will have:-

  • Experience in a customer service role
  • Experience of overseeing or managing a team
  • Committed team player with excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Use of initiative
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Experience in customer service
  • Strong IT skills
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet and exceed realistic set targets
