HR³ Employment Law Retainer

As an employer, keeping up with the practical impact of legislation on your organisation is time consuming and a distraction from your real aim – running a successful business.  But getting it wrong can be extremely damaging – in terms of financial cost – and the reputation of your business.

So Napthens created a package of essential services for employers incorporating employment law advice through a fixed cost, annual retainer, hands-on HR support when you need it and a full health & safety service offering.  But this is not a traditional legal retainer – we aren’t there just to tackle the problems. Our philosophy is all about empowering employers so you can manage, develop and inspire your employees to be the best they can be.  To do that we have developed our own HR3 community.

Crucially, services are tailored to the size and specific needs of your business.  In fact, our Level 1 service can be taken up on a month by month basis – no long-term commitments.

Be part of our HR³ community

We’re on a journey with our clients and in 2020 celebrated 10 years of HR³ with over 300 employers now part of our community.  We’ve developed from a traditional legal retained service to a membership model because we recognise the benefits of HR³ aren’t just about the legal support we provide but about talking to each other and sharing experiences through our network.

Our Level 1 membership includes more benefits than ever – including access to our People Portal. This online resource gives subscribers 24 hour access to guides and fact-sheets, handbook, precedent documents and letters.  Members also enjoy updates including monthly Q&As, monthly pre-recorded seminars along with ad hoc podcasts plus access to the HR³ Facebook community.

Jenny tailored her approach to our 'People Review' to ensure all key stakeholders were involved and made sure everyone was at ease with the process. The review findings provided invaluable insight. She put our current HR challenges in to context and highlighted areas needing development. They also took in to account our future growth plans and pointing out that our current HR challenges risk being magnified if left unaddressed. Ross Boulton, CFO, Lucion

Here’s an overview of the levels of membership available:

Our Level 1 membership is a flat fee of £75 (+VAT) per month.  It can be arranged as a stand-alone service on a month by month basis.

Level 1

As a member you’ll become part of our HR³ community and enjoy discussion and sharing of ideas with like-minded people facing similar issues.  Plus:

  • Access our HR³ Facebook community
  • Receive our monthly HR3 Hub e-news containing a round up of relevant, topical updates across employment law, HR and health and safety

Level 1 can be arranged on a month by month basis for those who just want to enjoy the benefits of our HR community without an annual commitment or need for wider services.
