What is Equity Release?
For those later in life, equity release offers an opportunity to unlock cash from your property. The two main options for this are:
- Lifetime Mortgage
- Home Reversion Plan
Which is best for you depends on your circumstances and priorities. We advise speaking with an FCA-regulated financial adviser as the first step.
