Summary

Terry is a litigation partner based at our Blackpool & The Fylde office. Acting for both individuals and businesses, Terry has over 28 years experience as a solicitor covering many areas of Civil litigation. He has particular expertise in assisting companies and individual business owners with regulatory investigations and prosecutions from the HSE and Environmental Health Authority.   Personable, direct and solutions driven, Terry works hard to achieve the best results for his clients as quickly as possible.

Terry is also highly experienced in advising individuals with claims involving complex multiple injuries including head injuries, paraplegia, limb loss, and dealing with high value claims in excess of £1 million.

Background

Terry was head of the Preston personal injury department of Roscoes Solicitors prior to its merger with Napthens in 2006. Before this he ran the personal injury department at Sutcliffe Reed Solicitors in Preston. He previously worked at Blackhurst, Parker & Yates Solicitors.

Terry lives in Heskin near Chorley and is married with one daughter.
