Sven Clarke is a partner in the litigation team, based in the firm’s Manchester office.
He has over 20 years’ experience in dispute resolution and advises on a broad range of complex commercial disputes. Sven is recognised for his strategic and commercially focused approach, helping clients navigate disputes efficiently while keeping the wider business objectives firmly in view.
Sven trained with a firm in Kent before relocating to the North West in 2007. He subsequently spent over a decade in the Dispute Resolution team at Laytons in Manchester, where he was promoted to Partner in 2018. He joined Myerson Solicitors in 2020 before moving to Napthens.
He is particularly well known for his expertise in shareholder and boardroom disputes, including unfair prejudice petitions and just and equitable winding up petitions.
