Managing DirectorStephen Faulkner is Napthens' managing director, based in the firm's Preston office.
Stephen was appointed managing director in April 2025, having served as head of finance since July 2021.
As managing director, his focus is on expanding our geographical presence, fostering strategic partnerships, enhancing operational efficiency, strengthening our market position and promoting our people.
Stephen’s leadership is not only bolstering our legal business but also reinforcing our reputation for outstanding relationships with, and delivering exceptional solutions to, our clients.
With more than 20 years of experience in professional services and regulated entities, and an impressive track record of leadership and strong technical expertise within the legal and business finance sectors, Stephen has demonstrated exceptional strategic vision, a commitment to client success, and a passion for driving excellence across teams, which will help as he leads our legal operations into an exciting new chapter of growth and innovation.
