Stephanie Marshall

Stephanie is a highly experienced senior associate solicitor in our commercial property team operating across our Merseyside offices.

Having joined Napthens in 2013 as a legal assistant in residential conveyancing, Stephanie then gained a trainee position and subsequently qualified as a solicitor in 2016.

Stephanie handles a full range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, property finance, corporate support as well as development transactions in both the commercial and residential real estate sectors.

She deals with landlord and tenant related issues and portfolio management and works for a variety of clients, including, investors, occupiers, high net worth individuals and leading banks.

Stephanie was recommended in the 2023 Legal 500 guide and has also been recognised within the Legal 500 as a ‘Rising Star’
