Sophie Ward

Sophie specialises in commercial property matters and has a range of experiencing representing both individuals and small to medium sized enterprises in the sale and purchase of property for investment.

She also acts for institutional lenders offering advice to lenders, vendors and purchasers on the real-estate aspects of any given transaction.

Sophie began her career working in politics, following which, she began her legal career representing all major banking establishments in legal proceedings heard before the County Court.

Whilst undertaking her training contract, Sophie achieved a place on the Deans List and was presented with awards for both Outstanding Achievement in Professional Conduct and Solicitors Accounts.
