Simon Price
Head of Learning and DevelopmentSimon Price is the head of learning and development, based in the firm's Preston office.
Simon is a multi-award winning solicitor, legal academic, executive coach and leads Napthens Learning and Development department. Prior to joining Napthens Simon was a commercial litigation solicitor and legal academic. He also leads the firm’s social mobility initiatives.
Simon started his legal career working in international law firms as a commercial litigation lawyer. After practising for a number of years, he moved into working more closely with clients and developing key relationships, particularly in the education sector. Simon is a passionate advocate for social mobility in the legal profession and has won many regional and national awards for his work with young people across the UK. His programmes and workshops have helped over 20,000 young people.
Prior to joining Napthens, Simon also spent time as an award winning university legal academic at a northwest university and has spoken at international conferences on social mobility and employability.
