Simon is a partner in the firm's residential property department and leads the Napthens Prime Residential team. He was previously Chief Operating Officer, and is highly experienced in strategic planning, management and business development.
Simon's specialism is in residential property and he is recognised for his expertise on residential property matters. For a number of years Simon was a member of Napthens' Executive Board, involved in the strategic direction of the firm.
Simon hails from Formby, near Liverpool, although he studied law at the University of Leicester and then the College of Law in Chester. He qualified as a solicitor in 1995, spending the first 5 years of his career at Brighouses in Southport, a specialist private client firm. In 1999 became a partner at Wallwork & Company (who merged with Napthens in 2007). Simon is able to lip-read.

Tom Cruise (obviously!) although I think I’m taller than him!

Easy to answer…..I’d be playing centre midfield for Liverpool and wearing the armband!
